JewelryBoxAvenue.com guarantees all our products to be free of manufacturer
defect and inferior quality workmanship and stand behind all our products 100
%. Our staff will work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction from order placement
to delivery and returns. JewelryBoxAvenue.com wishes you to be satisfied with
every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not
completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for
refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment.
How to return an order:
1. Obtain the Return Authorization Number: To generate an RMA
(return authorization) number click on the My
Account link on the top of your screen. Login to your account by
using the username as password created during the checkout process. Click
"View Details," under the "Track your recent orders"
heading. Click on the "Add New RMA" button. Select the item(s) that
are being returned/exchanged, select the reason item(s) are being
returned/exchanged and click "Save RMA." Please await further
instructions via email.
2. How to Package Your Return: Package all your items securely so it is
one unified package ready for delivery. Include the return form, a packing slip
and/or other materials sent to you by JewelryBoxAvenue.com
Please Note: Pack the item to be
returned in its original secure carton, including all original packaging
materials. All item(s) must be returned in brand-new condition. All item(s)
returned used or damaged will not be credited and will only be returned to you
at your expense. For more information, please refer to the Packing & Sending Your Return/Exchange section.
3. Shipment and Insurance:
Please ship the package back via UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority or any other
trackable shipping courier. All returns must be fully insured. In the event
that a package was lost or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim
with the courier using your delivery confirmation #. We cannot refund products
that arrived damaged in transit. 4. All Return Packages should be mailed
to the address provided in your RMA return instructions
Return Process
The JewelryBoxAvenue.com warehouse will inspect and verify the condition of the
item once we receive the return. Items must be returned in the condition they
were sent for a full refund. Returns take approximately 8 business days to
process upon receipt of the item. JewelryBoxAvenue.com will refund the full
cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance
charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original
purchase. Please allow 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has
been received at the warehouse.
Required Conditions of Return
-Packages without a return authorization number (RMA#) will not be accepted for
refund.
-Items must be returned in the same condition as
they were sent from JewelryBoxAvenue.com within 30 days from the date of
SHIPMENT. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for
refund, exchange or repair.

For any information or requests concerning credit card refunds based on returns
or fraud please call the JewelryBoxAvenue.com Customer Service Department

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS ONCE DELIVERED.
If your purchased item should display a manufacturer defect after 30 days, we
may have the item returned to us to assess the condition of the item. If deemed
defective, we will replace it with an identical or comparable item within a
year of purchase for most items. Please check each item on our website for
warranty period. We reserve the right to decide on replacement.
If your product displays any manufacturer defect after
the allotted 30 day return window, Jewelry Box Avenue may have the product
returned to our warehouse for further assessment of the item condition. If
product is found to be defective, Jewelry Box Avenue will replace it with an
identical/comparable product within 1 year of purchase. This policy extends to
most item(s). Jewelry Box Avenue reserves the right to determine
replacement.
Any reported manufacturer defects after 14 days of
delivery and up to 1 year do not include scratches, cracks, chips, hinge
damage, and any other damages that can be considered customer damage. Many
products have different warranty periods, please review each item for its
associated warranty time.
We do not expedite replacements. If necessary, customer
is responsible for expedited shipping costs.
